Regulation
No noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Parties and unannounced visitors are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. Please take care of the belongings in the apartment; any damage will be borne by the guest. The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the reservation.
Cancellation policy
We understand that travel plans can change, so we offer a flexible but balanced policy. Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 7 calendar days prior to arrival date. In this case, any amount paid in advance will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the first night’s accommodation will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded.
In the case of a no-show and without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount paid for the stay will be retained without the possibility of refund.For reservations with check-in on the current day or within 48 hours, cancellation is no longer possible and the amount paid will not be refunded.All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, by e-mail or through the platform through which the reservation was made.
