More than just an apartment
I started from the belief that an apartment should offer you more than a comfortable bed. It should give you peace, clarity and a sense of wellbeing that comes effortlessly by itself.
Each space is conceived as a harmonious whole, where contemporary design blends naturally with functionality. We’ve chosen warm colors, natural textures and clean lines to make you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere inspires the comforts of a hotel, but retains the intimacy of a place that feels yours from the very first visit.
Where we started
Brand new apartments
The apartments are newly completed and fully furnished in 2025 with new fixtures and modern finishes. All equipment and fixtures are first-time fixtures and fittings: from air conditioning systems and appliances to mattresses, textiles and sanitary ware. The interiors meet today's standards of comfort and efficiency, with hard-wearing materials, LED lighting solutions and compartmentalization optimized for space and functionality.

Custom-made furniture
Each piece of furniture has been custom-made especially for this apartment, so that it fits perfectly into the space and meets the real needs for comfort and functionality. The materials chosen are durable, with matt finishes and textures that are pleasant to the touch. The design is simple and coherent, with no unnecessary elements, for an airy, balanced and user-friendly environment. Everything is designed for efficiency and aesthetics without compromise.
